Buffalo, NY — Buffalo Computer Graphics, a premier provider of Incident Management Software and Maritime Simulation Solutions, has booked Spark’s largest trade show exhibitor sales training program to prepare its booth staff for a variety of shows in 2017.
Spark owner and lead trainer Andy Saks will deliver the “Expert” 6-hour version of Spark’s trade show training, titled “Booth Brush-Up: How to stand out, sell more, and have fun on your trade show floor,” at BCG’s headquarters in Blasdell, NY.
The training will assist BCG booth staffers in representing Buffalo Computer Graphics at trade shows, by teaching them to interact proactively and productively with show attendees.
The customized training will include Spark’s slide deck, plus a printed workbook for each trainee to complete and keep for future reference.
“Booth Brush-Up” will include these training topics:
— General trade show opportunities and challenges
— What trade show attendees really want from exhibitors
— “Five Keys” to understanding attendees
— Attracting attendees into the booth
— Asking smart qualifying questions that build trust and determine value
— Crafting and delivering an efficient, customized product pitch or demo
— Ending the conversation with a follow-up commitment in place
— Reviewing show goals, adding new ones, and showing staffers how to meet them
— Agreeing on show strategy and booth messaging
— Brainstorming common attendee questions and best answers
