Professional presenter Andy Saks gave trade show presentations for Magnet Productions’ client Citrix last week at the Interop Las Vegas trade show, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Saks delivered three separate, highly-technical product trade show presentations in continuous rotation throughout the show at the Citrix booth. One presentation focused on Citrix cloud products, one focused on desktop and mobility products, and one focused on networking products. Each presentation ran 8-15 minutes and filled the booth with curious Interop attendees.
Saks used the Earprompter, a professional speaking tool that allows speakers to record presentation content and instructions beforehand, then play back the recording into an invisible earpiece while presenting, thus feeding themselves the script in real time.
Saks also edited all three trade show presentation scripts, to improve the clarity and flow of the presentation content.
Citrix Systems, Inc. is an American multinational software company founded in 1989, that provides server and desktop virtualization, networking, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and cloud computing technologies, including Xen open source products.
Saks was booked by Citrix through trade show services company Magnet Productions. Magnet has been producing live trade show presentations for over 25 years. Their goal is threefold: to keep their client’s booth packed with prospects, to communicate their message in an engaging and memorable way, and to dramatically increase their qualified leads.
This was the fourth trade show for which Saks was booked by Magnet Productions to deliver booth presentations for Citrix, including the Cloud Computing Expo 2012 trade show at the Javits Center in New York City, the VM World 2012 trade show at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and the Cloud Connect 2013 trade show at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
Magnet Productions also provided two trade show booth assistants, Kecia and Stasha, for the Citrix booth. They served as crowd gatherers for each booth presentation, and scanned over 3,000 attendee badges during the 2.5-day show, smashing Citrix’s lead target of 2,000 scans.
Citrix has already requested that Magnet Productions book Saks again to deliver trade show presentations at its VM World 2013 booth in August in San Francisco.
