Samsung Business conquered trade shows in Philadelphia and Las Vegas last month with a little help from Spark’s professional trade show talent.
First, Spark furnished a team of five professional event staffers to supplement Samsung’s employees at its booth at the InfoComm trade show for audio/video professionals, held June 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Ten days later, Spark provided a four-person event staffing team and a trade show presenter for Samsung’s booth at the ISTE Conference for technology in K-12 education, held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
For both shows, Spark event staffers studied all products featured in the Samsung booth before the show commenced, then spent every hour of the show talking with attendees, introducing and explaining Samsung technology, and connecting promising prospects with members of Samsung’s sales force.
At ISTE, Spark trade show presenter Andy Saks served as booth emcee in the Learning Bar area of Samsung’s booth. Samsung ran six presentations per day in the Learning Bar, and each presentation featured a guest speaker from a Samsung partner whose software ran on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab for Education tablet.
For each presentation, Saks promoted the event on microphone, collected an audience of attendees from the aisle, welcomed attendees, oriented them to Samsung’s booth and mission in the educational market, and introduced the guest speaker. This presentation support helped ensure a robust, eager crowd for every partner presentation.
These bookings marked the seventh and eighth trade shows for which Samsung has booked professional talent from Spark Presentations.
