Atlanta, GA — Professional trade show presenter Andy Saks helped consumer electronics giant Samsung produce a successful exhibit at a major expo this week.
Saks served as Samsung’s booth emcee at the ISTE 2014 trade show for K-12 educational technology, held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
As emcee, Saks gathered a crowd and delivered a customized 3-5-minute introduction for each of four rotating product presentations given by Samsung product managers and guest speakers. Presentations covered Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 4 Education tablet, Samsung School, SAFE and Knox IT security products, and 24/7 connectivity.
After each presentation, Saks returned to thank audience members and direct them to specific demo areas inside the booth to learn more about the products of most interest to them.
These emcee techniques ensured that each Samsung speaker began his or her presentation with a relaxed, engaged crowd already in place, and that afterward, potential leads in each audience were moved efficiently to the demo area and sales rep most likely to convert them.
This is the fifth time Samsung has booked Spark’s trade show services. Samsung previously booked Spark’s professional trade show staffers to staff its booths at InfoComm 2013 and ISTE 2013. Spark also provided convention center staff training and Samsung product support at the TCT 2013 Conference in San Francisco, and provided a five-person event staffing team at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas.
