Boston-based company Rest Devices has booked Spark owner and lead talent/trainer Andy Saks to deliver a speech coaching program to its CEO and team members.
The half-day program is designed to prepare Rest Devices for upcoming on-camera product presentations, building their skills and confidence in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
Saks will tailor the presentation coaching session to participant’s needs, evaluating their presentation content and delivery skills, and implementing changes as needed.
Participants will also have their practice presentations recorded on video via iPad to encourage self-evaluation.

Rest Devices makes simple, human-centered devices that help keep people healthy and relaxed. Its product line includes the Peeko baby monitor, which monitors a baby’s respiration, body position, activity level, temperature, and audio, as well as the Sleep Shirt, which helps the wearer detect sleep apnea without undergoing a sleep study.
Spark was referred for speech coaching by Dragon Innovation, a consulting firm that specializes in working with trusted factories in China and the US to build cost competitive, high quality products on accelerated schedules. Dragon has hired Spark several times for similar presentation coaching sessions.
