Boston-based Dragon Innovation has booked Spark to deliver a one-on-one speech coaching program to its CEO, Scott Miller.
The half-day presentation coaching program will be delivered by Andy Saks, Spark’s owner and lead trainer. It’s designed to prepare Miller for several upcoming speaking engagements in a variety of settings, including press interviews, industry seminars, and participation in panel discussions and special events.

Founded in 2009, Dragon Innovation works with hardware startups to scale their products and companies, guiding them through the process of going from prototype stage to high-volume manufacturing. Dragon’s client roster includes MakerBot, Pebble, Orbotix, Formlabs, and many more.
This will be the fourth time that Saks has provided speech coaching for Miller. The previous three sessions centered around a Webinar Miller delivered to help attendees manufacture products in Chinese factories.
Saks will tailor the presentation coaching session to Miller’s goals and challenges, evaluating his presentation content and delivery skills, suggesting changes, fleshing them out and facilitating practice and feedback. Saks will also record Miller’s practice presentations on video via iPad to encourage self-evaluation.
