In October, the Boston Jewish Film Festival held its prestigious Fall Gala 2012 fundraising event at Theater 1/Space 57 in Boston’s Theatre District.
For the second year in a row, Spark owner Andy Saks served as auctioneer for its live auction, and ran its “Fund the Need” segment and a diamond earring prize raffle.
Saks’s auctioneering efforts helped BJFF raise thousands to produce its annual festival, the largest of its kind in the United States.
He also wrote the auction script, designed the slides and consulted on various aspects of the auction.
Auction items included Boston Red Sox “Monster Seats” tickets, dinner at local favorite Lumiere Restaurant and a three-day all-inclusive getaway to the Venetian Hotel, Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
Below are three video clips from the event. More info is available on Spark’s Auctioneer page.
