For your safety, we do not collect credit card or other payment information when you make a purchase, nor do we have access to it. That information is collected by PayPal through its payment processing engine and is kept secure and private by PayPal.
We use the information we collect from you to provide Spark services, process your order(s), arrange for delivery of your merchandise, and/or improve our website and customer service. If you request information from Spark via our contact forms or e-newsletter registration, we may also contact you with your requested information.
Please be aware that the processing of Presentation Playbooks through Spark’s website can involve transmission of personally-identifiable information, including payment information to essential independent participants including but not limited to ISPs (Internet Service Providers), credit card verification and processing services, issuing banks, merchant services providers, and other service providers integral to the completion of your purchase.

Specifically, we never share any information with third parties for unsolicited marketing, sales, or email of any kind.
In rare, specific cases, we may proactively share your contact information with trusted providers of the services you requested if we feel they may be helpful in fulfilling your service request. In those cases, we will make an effort to obtain your permission before sharing your contact information.
We may also use third parties to store data offsite to track aggregate user behavior for internal purposes to recognize general use patterns and improve our service.
In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the business assets of Spark Presentations, the information we collect from our customers and members would generally be transferred to the new entity (“Successor”). However, the use of this information by any Successor remains governed by the terms of this privacy policy.
Our testimonials are all printed verbatim from Spark clients, except where adjusted as needed for clarity and brevity and without changing meaning.
Though reasonable efforts are made to obtain written permission for use of testimonials in website marketing, we reserve the right to use solicited or unsolicited written feedback to promote the website in the form of customer testimonials without compensation, limitation, or advance notice.
At our discretion, we may provide links to outside websites for related information, products, and/or services, whether we have formal affiliations with them or not. These websites have their own separate and independent privacy policies, and therefore we are not responsible for the content or activities of any such site.
